Founder & CEO
With over two decades of experience building scalable products and platforms across healthcare and other complex industries — spanning Asia, Europe, and the Americas — Sachin brings systems thinking, global perspective, and institutional rigor to neuro care.
His vision is to integrate world-class clinical standards, measurable outcomes, and coordinated multidisciplinary teams into every patient’s recovery journey. He believes patients in India deserve access to the highest standards of neuro-rehabilitation. Care that is precise, accountable, data-driven, and delivered with unwavering clinical excellence.
Through TheraSync, he is creating a model where technology empowers clinicians, families gain clarity, and recovery is measured with transparency and purpose.
Dr. Vaishali Bauskar
Program Director
Neurologic Physical Therapist, Brain Injury specialist, and special education expert with over two decades of experience in pediatric and adult neurological rehabilitation. Her work spans complex neurodevelopmental disorders, acquired brain injuries, and chronic neurological conditions across clinical, school, home, and community environments.
She has designed and led multidisciplinary rehabilitation programs integrating Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, and Assistive Technology—building structured, outcome-driven systems of care. Her leadership centers on therapist development, clinical governance, and ensuring measurable progress with clarity and accountability in every case. Her mission is to deliver coordinated, evidence-based rehabilitation rooted in clinical precision and compassion.
Dr. Alpana Muley, PT
Consultant Physiotherapist
Dr. Alpana Muley, MPT, is a senior physiotherapist with more than two decades of experience in neurological and pediatric rehabilitation. She holds a Master of Physiotherapy from Seth G.S. Medical College and K.E.M. Hospital, Mumbai.
Dr. Muley has extensive experience working with children and adults with neurological and developmental conditions, including cerebral palsy, developmental delays, and neuromotor disorders. She is trained in Neurodevelopmental Treatment (NDT) and is known for her structured, functional approach to therapy that focuses on improving mobility, independence, and participation in daily life.
As a Consultant Physiotherapist with TheraSync Neuro, she contributes her clinical expertise to multidisciplinary neurorehabilitation programs designed to deliver coordinated and outcome-focused care.
Sunita Gandhi, OT
Consultant Occupational Therapist
Dr. Sunita Gandhi, MOT, is a senior occupational therapist with more than two decades of experience in neurological and pediatric rehabilitation. She holds a Master of Occupational Therapy from Seth G.S. Medical College and K.E.M. Hospital, Mumbai.
Dr. Gandhi has extensive experience working with children and adults with neurological and developmental conditions, including cerebral palsy, developmental delays, and neuromotor disorders. She focuses on improving functional abilities that support independence in daily activities, including fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and participation in home and school environments.
As a Consultant Occupational Therapist with TheraSync Neuro, she contributes her clinical expertise to multidisciplinary neurorehabilitation programs designed to deliver coordinated and outcome-focused care.

Who We Serve
Children with Neurological and Developmental Conditions
We support children with cerebral palsy, developmental delays, autism spectrum disorders, genetic conditions, and post-NICU rehabilitation needs. Our approach blends structure with warmth — creating safe, empowering therapy experiences.
Adults Recovering from Neurological Injury
